Description
This is a huge need along this street coming all the way from Midlothian and into the neighborhood. People use it transfer over to Hull St. and often go 40-50mph and pass cars going 25mph unsafely. I was driving the other day and got cut off from a driver passing me, then he had to swirve out of the way of children playing in the street almost hitting a child on a scooter. It's gotten really bad and we need some speed humps all along this corridor to control these folks who are cutting through.
