Description

This is a neighborhood with an RPS middle school in walking distance. Children, elderly, and citizens of all ages have to share the street with vehicles for everyday activities like going to school, taking a walk, or checking the mailbox. The street is in need of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, ramps, and streetscaping for the safety and normalized living of the residents.
