Description

3600 block of Hawthorne EAST side of street has zones of No Parking signs but not down length of east side of the block. High traffic area with 2-way traffic that is impeded and becomes 1 lane only when cars are parked on both sides of street. Limits access to emergency vehicles due to narrow width of lane when cars parked on both sides where allowed. Lots of accidents/vehicle damage when cars are parked on east curbs. Increase in parking due to local pool, church and food pantry.
