Description

Sidewalk next to interstate. The trees need to be cut so entire sidewalk is accessible, roots and dirt need to be removed from sidewalk so it is accessible. Trees need to be cut 3 foot from bottom to expose underside so homeless will not sleep and trash area. Dirt has been eroded from street curb due to foot traffic. Area is dirty and dangerous. If you have never been to Richmond and take this exit, I doubt you would want to return. If you have a wheelchair, neither side of the street is handica
