Description

border line of 603 and 605 - Mr. Jacobs reported that the tree right in front of 603 Gladstone Avenue has been dropping large branches and the same tree damaged his fence and he stated that about 6 months ago, it damaged his car. he feels the tree is dying. Also provided him with the city attorney info if he wants to file a claim
