Description
Southbound traffic across the Boulevard Bridge which wants to turn left at New Kent has the view of oncoming cars blocked by by bushes in the median strip. You cannot see oncoming vehicles if you're in a low vehicle, like a Camry or something similar. The bushes are nice, but need to be trimmed lower or there will be a bad wreck when somebody turns left to go east on New Kent.
