Description

The tress on Harrison Street from the corner of Floyd south toward Main St limbs are growing too large and have damaged the windows at the home at 1101 floyd. These tree limbs need to be trimmed from touching the home.

  Customer states that the trees are knocking over the bricks. The trees have damaged the screens on the windows. Customer wants to know if the city bare any responsibility for her damaged screens.

  Caller is calling back...Following up on a service request because of where they are people constantly walking on the sidewalk and this tree is knocking bricks off the top of the house and they are falling on the sidewalk this is a safety concern and also is causing damage to her screens...caller wants to know if the service request can be expedited since it's a safety concern.(emailed Sup for asst since it's a safety concern)

  Caller is calling back....need to check on the status of a service request; she states bricks are falling off the top of the house caused by the COR tree and there's a fear of someone getting hurt or killed from the bricks that fall. Caller doesn't understand what else she can do to stress the importance of this tree that needs pruning...She has called several times and has even called the City Attny office and they to hasn't responded. (emailed Sup for asst.)
