Description
There are beautiful cobblestone paths in Libby Hill Park that have become completely covered in vegetation. At the top of the long stairs to the left and right of the stairs is a cobblestone path that is completely covered in grass and weeds and requires a herbicide treatment. Second, there is a brick path that runs from the corner on Main street next to Poe’s pub that up the hill into the park and it too is covered by grass and requires a treatment with a herbicide.
