Description

There is a small downed tree (or collection of limbs) that are on the edge of the left turn lane, laying partially in the roadway. This is coming off of Downtown Expy, onto the E Byrd Street Exit, turning left onto S 7th Street. This is a tight turn with the debris while turning left and with vehicles proceeding straight onto E Byrd St. Thanks.
