Description
Help! The pavement has dropped about 8" in a foot diamater in a rapid amount of time. You have worked in this area before, installing a plate. If someone drives into it, they could really hurt their car. NOTE - May not be exactly in fronrt of 3828 Cheverly, but it is a short block and would be hard to miss.
