Description

Is Richmond Code § 23-44 still in effect? We have an ongoing problem with trash receptables not being picked up, ever. For a month now, we have 8-11 trash cans on the block, every day, all day. Tired of looking at them and the trash is spreading across and down the street. Please make them put them away. We are all tired of the view. It used to not be this bad.
