Description

Torrence/Janine, We checked on the following 311 citizen complaint and find that the existing trees/shrubs (photo attached) impact a drivers line of sight: W 43rd St & Forest Hill Ave States that Right of way is obstructed. Unable to see traffic. States that issue is from both directions. Also mentions shrubs. East Intersection. Having to pull out far to see past the plants. Can the trees/shrubs be maintained to allow for safe turning? Thxs. Joe
