Description

Since it was reported last year the condition of this tree has deteriorated. It is now rotten at the base. There are dead branches including a significant branch above power lines. Leaf coverage is not as great as last year and already leaves are dying and falling to the ground. I believe that this tree is in imminent danger of collapse and poses a hazard to residents, property, and utility services and should be moved promptly.
