    PW must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. This is a federal publication that applies to all streets open to pubic travel. We have reviewed these intersections and they do not have volume requirements to meet the MUTCD requirements for all-way stops.
