Description

Citizen states that neighbor across the street keeps there supercan on the front of the street. Citizen states that he called 3-4weeks ago. He states that neighbor across the street leaves there trash cans in front of the house all the time. He states that he saw 2 city reps but still the neighbors trash can are in the front of the property. Follow up
