Description

City put up a beautiful fence down Riverside Drive but have failed to maintain the grass growing on both sides of the fence and even covering the fence totally. Grass hinders seeing bikers or cars on the curvy road. Some places you almost have to come to a stop to see around grass areas. Very disappointed that the city fails to maintain all of the grass growing so you cant see the fence. Jeanne Vickery
