Description

Snead Road from Snead Road & Broad Rock to Snead Rd & Hull St the asphalt was dug up to lay new pipes all the way down Snead Road. Once the work was completed, the road was patched up. It is real bumpy, and rocky to drive down that road. It needs to be retared or new asphalt the whole road. I'm sorry I tried to explain it the best way I know how. All of Snead road needs to be tarred so that we can drive-through on a smooth road.
