Description

According to the "Richmond's Guide to Being a Good Neighbor" and Richmond Code § 23-44 "The city-issued supercan and recycling bin must be removed by 7 a.m. on the day following collection from city property and right-of-ways to include, but not be limited to, sidewalks, alleys, and median strips between sidewalks and roadways." Is this still a thing? Because our street is lined with trash cans, 24/7. We are tired of looking at them. No one bothers to take them back to the alley anymore.
