Description

There is a huge tree in the empty lot next to him that has fallen 3 times.  The first time it went through the bathroom window.   The second time it broke the fence.  The last time was in March.  This time it went through the roof and did extensive damage to his home.      My husband had tried numerous times to reach the owner of the lot next door to please cut back or cut down the tree.  The lot is an empty lot.   My husband has called them, emailed them and they won't respond to my husband.
