Description

Caller reporting alley behind properties around intersection of Juniper St & 4th Ave dipping in the center due to asphalt cracking/dipping, concerns regarding vehicles being damaged when they drive over the cracked asphalt. Citizen says that nothing was repaired on his first request, and they also need to add more gravel.
