Description

The narrow sidewalk between the intersection of 15th and Boston Street and 15th and Dinwiddie Street is in very bad shape with most of the sidewalk so cracked up that it's getting eaten up into the glass. The sidewalk also has sections of it blocked by power poles. Could the city fix this sidewalk into a modern sidewalk
