Description

Tree was cut down and and there are large tree limbs that looks like and stump that is in the alley and one beside/ near garage near the house and the caller can't park in driveway. Tree limbs are approximately 1 ft high 2 1/2 - 3 feet in front of garage door high; 3 ft across to 3 feet high; 3 ft across and 3 feet in length
