Description
We submitted a request before that was marked completed even though there was no work done. There was offensive and racist graffiti written on the street in the alley between 107 and 109 N Rowland Street. The graffiti is on the street in the alley that connects to the parking lot between Rowland and Meadow. Please help repair.
