Follow-up with supervisor for escalation; citizen is very concerned of the size of the tree and the hanging branches. The homeowner is elderly and disabled, caller states if any of the branches fall or hit homeowner due to his disability it will cause harm to the structure of the house and the citizen will be hurt.
