Description

Huguenot Road needs a 5 to 8 foot wide sidewalk to link Rivanna Drive to the sidewalk system along Stony Point Road. This would also make Huguenot Road safe for pedestrians and get Richmond ready for pedestrian traffic caused by high gas prices.
