Description
The alley behind 608 W 19th Street is overgrown to the point of making it impassable. It used to be possible for the trash trucks to get to 610 W 19th Street, but no longer. In addition vines are pulling down the utility wires at the alley and are continuing to grow toward 606 W 19th Street. Other concern is vermin habitat with all that wild vegetation.
