follow up on previous ticket DPW000090071 BLOCK OF CONCRETE IS STILL THERE IT HASN'T BEEN REMOVED (citizen states someone disposed of a concrete block on 22nd & Marshall Street; 1feet x 4 feet; concrete has been there since June and is tripping hazard to residents in the area. )
