Description
CSX is doing overhead railwork. Fair enough. I only ask that they place signs further out so walker/riders can take another route. For the handicapped and disabled it's not fair and inconvenient for those with strollers. For cyclists coming or going signs placed further out would allow them to choose another route. Asking a rider to take an unexpected detour up the steepest hill in RVA in 90 weather is dangerous and could be dangerous for the inexperienced if they only planned to ride trail
