Description

Came through at 3 AM 5/19/22 and the traffic light @Wamlsey is still slowly cycling through all directions with no side street traffic present. Previous ticket DPW000107963 was closed without problem being corrected.. Field Engineer notes:May 18, 2022 8:56 AM by Field Engineer, Checked intersection. Functioning normally.

    Correct. This Intersection does not have traffic detection at this time and is working 100% time based. This is not the only Intersection in the City of Richmond running this way. There is a schedule to upgrade many of these intersections including this one with new video detection and Emergency Vehicle Response systems.
