Description

Per VDOT, US Bike Route 176 (a spur of US Bike Route 1 and Richmond's Capital Trail connector) runs through Bank St in front of the state capitol building. However, this street is blocked and inaccessible to cyclists. Road barriers should be removed or a new route designated; it doesn't make any sense to have a bike route that bikes can't use.
