Description
The two-way bicycle lanes on W Franklin St between N Belvidere and N 9th are dangerous and traffic enforcement in this area is poor. Motorists driving south and wishing to turn left on to Franklin (from N Henry, N Monroe, N Jefferson, N Adams, N Foushee, N 1st, N 3rd, N 5th, N 6th, and N 8th Streets) are preoccupied with eastbound one way traffic on Franklin and do not look left for cyclists, who have the right of way. "No left on red" signs should be installed to prevent accidents.
