Description

Several weeks ago no parking signs were put up that tree maintenance would occur the following Monday on Maple Shade Land and Wilmington. That Monday it rained so no maintenance occurred. The next day the no parking signs came down. The trees have yet to be maintained. Did we lose our place in the schedule because it rained? The tree in front of my house has lots of dead wood in it, and every time there is rain or wind, I pick up branches and twigs from the street and the grass.
