Description
I am requesting a speed bump at this location, which is the entrance to James River Park, and access to the 42nd Street tower. Many people, including young families, park on the street, or live in the neighborhood, and have to dodge motorcycles and cars traveling at high speeds. Unfortunately, Riverside Drive is often used as a race track. Thank you so much for considering my request!
