Description

Traffic light at Oliver Hill Way and Fairfield (at City Jail) is not working. Lights are flashing. It has not been working since at least Monday morning. Need stop signs until it is repaired. People are running through the intersection without stopping, making it dangerous to attempt to cross over Oliver Hill Way. Please expedite.
