Description
People use 36th to cut from Midlo to Hull. They dont live here, so they dont care when they throw their wendys family meal out the window and their stupid sauce packets get everywhere. Im tired of filling a trash bag every week just from my block. Although i do like the play a game of how many different flavor cigarillo packets will i find. Or how many different color flossers will i pick up. Please install signage. Wont fix the problem, but might help.
