Description

Not a line of sight issue. For essentially the entire 4900 block of Riverside Drive, in the James River Park, just inside the wooden guard rail, lack of maintenance has resulted in excessive weed overgrowth, especially poison ivy, that is spreading into other areas. This needs to be cut. Further weeds/poison ivy are killing desirable vegetation on this steep slope area behind the JR Park guard rail.
