Description

Signal is operating in a fixed time mode, rather than semi-vehicle actuated (New Kent Road approaches are vehicle actuated), causing needless stopping of high speed/high volume Westover Hills Blvd. traffic when no traffic demand/call is present on New Kent approaches. Needless stopping of traffic reduces traffic efficiency and increases needless vehicle stops/crash potential. Similar problem occured a number of months ago and was fixed.
