Description

The nandina shrubs in the feeder street planters (ex: 2nd ave) of the traffic circle are growing with spring and they obstruct the line of sight to merge into the traffic circle. It would be great to have them pruned back and eventually replanted with lower growing natives. Thank you in advance!
