Description

GRTC temporary porta potty placed two years ago to accommodate PULSE drivers during COVID is still blocking use of sidewalk and is an unattractive eyesore that needs to be removed from this busy and highly visible E. Main Street frontage. Property owner would not be permitted to use the City’s ROW for this purpose for this length of time. So GRTC should not be granted further permission which is a violation of the City’s ordinances and inappropriate use of public ROW (brick sidewalk).
