Description

A utility line has been placed under Semmes Ave for the adjacent apartment building construction. It runs across the width of the roadway. The asphalt repair is in terrible shape and has subsided several inches. It is severe enough to cause damage to automobiles or cause a flat tire. It cannot be avoided since it runs across the entire width of the street.
