Description
There is a fence on northeast corner Monument and Hamilton (3700 Monument) that runs right to the road forcing pedestrians to walk on busy Monument Ave. The fence encloses the sidewalk and median. There is no sign saying sidewalk is closed and there is no alternative for pedestrians to safely walk. The fence blocks the sidewalk and median. This busy intersection is typically not safe for pedestrians and cyclists. With this fence, it is worse. Why is the fence allowed to block the sidewalk?
