Description

Cars often drive far above speed limit - sometimes 40+ mph bc Moss Side Ave between Westwood and Ladies Mile is wide and has fewer cars parked on the street. There are however lots of children playing and pedestrians walking around. Please make all Westwood intersections 4-way stops and add multiple and wide speed humps to both Westwood and Moss Side.
