Description

Traffic coming from Hull continuing straight on Pilkington to Bainbridge. We have requested a second Do Not Enter sign and have been denied. We are now requesting a full stop. Thank you.

    DPW must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. This is a federal publication that applies to allstreets open to pubic travel. We have reviewed this intersection and it does not have the volume requirements to meet the MUTCD requirements for an all-way stop.
