Description
most signs NB Westover Hills Blvd leading to the "Nickel" bridge are mostly blocked from motorist view approaching downhill towards the narrow bridge. No reflectivity on the No Bus sign and the black letters on the restricted height 11'-6" sign are not visible properly against the yellow caution warning sign.
