Description

Tree is located on the corner of Kensington and Malvern. Every time the wind blows dead branches fall onto the sidewalk and street bike lane creating both a walking and biking hazard. The tree should either be removed or severely pruned to insure the public safety. Additionally, the tree root system has buckled the sidewalk making it a trip hazard.
