Description

The super cans in the alley behind 419 W Grace St are left in the alley all the time and not wheeled onto the property betweem pickups and thus there is garbage on the ground nearly every day. It also makes for a shelter for the homeless - one of whom died here Sunday night. Please have the trash can put on the property and only wheeled out the night before pickup amd to jeep the alley cleaned.
