Description
The corner of Elwood Avenue and Hamilton has a huge black top bump that was reported and previously repaired recently. Obviously the repair didn't work and the bump is in a location where It affects accessibility because a wheelchair can't make it over that bump. Our neighborhood in Henry place needs street resurfacing and all the streets around us have been recently resurfaced. It's hard to watch wealthy neighborhoods receive better street services than our neighborhood.
