Description

The tree is cracked and leaning towards busy road. It is dangerous and poses big risk to the people and cars if the tree falls. Looks like it can fall anytime. It needs to be cut asap to prevent injuries or even worse accident. The tree is located on city tree map (screenshot attached). Please could you provide more info why is it private if it is marked on the city map for trees and has an ID? If it is private can it cut it then or need a special permission?
