Description

At the 4-way stop at W Franklin and Lafayette, there are not painted stop lines. Numerous vehicles run the stop signs because they either can't see the stop signs because people are parking in front of them, or aren't paying attention. There are stop lines at other intersections nearby. This is a busy intersection.
