Description

For some reason, the earlier request was marked completed, despite no work being done whatsoever. I'm opening another request because the problem has no been addressed at all. There are two gigantic holes in the alley. Not only are they dangerous for cars and bicycles, but they also fill with large amounts of water. The water is a breeding ground for mosquitos, attracts feral animals for drinking, and splashes over all the adjacent properties.
